Maria Kloser

My name is Maria. I was born in Zambia to Austrian parents. I spent about half my life in Sub-Saharan Africa (Zambia and then later Malawi), and the rest of my life in Austria, ping-ponging between the continents every 3-9 years. From an early age I had an interest in all things health, fitness and well-being. I read all the books I could find, ranging from different diets and fitness programs to, later, spiritual material. I loved experimenting on myself the suggestions given in the books. I instructed exercise classes for my friends-children in the neighbourhood, during the holidays, just for fun.

As a teenager, my own unhappiness and health-challenges led me to seek healing for various imbalances, for example breathing difficulties, which I linked to the very regular ingestion of white bread in our household. And later, for sciatica which started age 18 when I left home and moved to Vienna to begin my adult life. I received a few of the recommended injections as a baby and toddler and so, as a child I was sick a lot and our family doctor invariably prescribed antibiotics for every cold and tonsillitis I experienced. I also took malaria prophylactics and treatments during a few periods of my life. I don’t remember when I first had the thought, but it always made sense to me that pills and other pharmaceutical products did nothing more than relieve symptoms, at best. And that they did not address the cause of an illness. I was interested in uncovering the cause of an illness, and I did get temporary answers. Later I would find out that behind that answer was another question and so I went further and further back, still seeking for the root of an imbalance, a dis-ease, or symptom. Finally, I found answers in the spiritual realm. I came to understand that most, if not all, our dis-eases and accidents find their cause there, in the spiritual realm, in something which we are believing incorrectly, or something which we have not yet made peace with, or forgiven, or given Love to. Which makes complete sense to me since in my understanding we are spirit housed in a physical body, while we walk this Earth-plane in our various incarnations.

My interest in all things health led me to become a licensed physiotherapist by 2003. I soon experienced the clash between my internal world, which was anchored in spirit, and the medical system in which I had been trained for 3 years to be able to hold my physiotherapy diploma in hand. From my first day at work I felt out of place (as before in my life) working in the modern medical system. This was reflected in many job and career-changes. But since I needed to earn a living, and it was easy to find a job as a physiotherapist, I stayed in this job on and off for most of my adult life. My interest in natural and energetic healing led me to complete many courses in this field, next to some within classical physiotherapy. (See my CV for details.)

After becoming a yoga teacher in 2008 I continued to follow my passion for healing and my search for the cause of dis-ease. Next to courses in energy healing, such as reiki and the EMF balancing technique, my constant interest in the field of nutrition led me to discover the benefits of raw fruits and vegetables. As always when something gripped my interest, I dove in head-first and applied what I learned in my own life. Green smoothies became my regular breakfast and raw vegan desserts began appearing on the dining table. I quickly discovered that too many raw nuts and oils dampened my energy instead of increasing vitality. I didn’t give up, and in March of 2018, after having noticed the term “mucusless diet” a few times, I felt courageous enough to expose myself fully to the teachings of Professor Arnold Ehret with his Mucusless Diet Healing System. Beginning to apply the teaching, I quickly gained the benefits of youthing, pain-reduction and increased energy which were described in the book The Mucusless Diet Healing System by Prof. Arnold Ehret, annotated, revised and edited by Prof. Spira. I was ecstatic. Why? Because I was shown the bridge between my current diet and my goal of raw vegan eating: The transition diet (see The Mucusless Diet Healing System by Prof. Arnold Ehret). I had learned a lot and was on a good path. My internal “truth-meter” was polished. And so, when March 2020 arrived, and the first lockdown was declared in Austria, it was clear to me that whoever was in charge did not have our best interests in mind. Needless to say, I was not afraid of a virus. I did not agree with social distancing and masking. I did not get “shot”.

A dark night of the soul in 2022 led me to get out my copy of A Course in Miracles, which, with the daily application of the lessons within the Workbook, saved my life, and within 3 months I felt my self-worth returning and my will to live strengthening. I am allowed to be happy and I will create a life worth living, I thought to myself. Since then, it has been increasingly difficult for me to fulfill a function in the “old ways of being” on this Earth which societal programming has decided for us. My thirst for true freedom and liberation has been getting stronger. My call to create a simple yet beautiful life aligned with Light/Love/God and with the healing of Mother Earth and all its inhabitants has been getting louder and more pronounced. I am done with just getting by, just surviving. We are here to thrive, to live a life of purpose, connection, of Love and clear direction, in community and well-being for all. It is high time.

Somewhere along the way I realized that my innate interest in the natural, energetic and non-invasive healing arts was fueled by my primary drive in life: absolute healing of the self. What does this mean? Healing means becoming whole. Or recognizing our wholeness. Or “removing the blocks to the awareness of Love’s presence” (paraphrased from Jesus in his teachings of A Course in Miracles). Absolute healing also means enlightenment, to be able to see with our Spiritual eye. Behind the veil/that which is true Reality/behind the illusion we have created, called the Earth and the Universe. So, naturally, I thought that since I am interested in healing, I am here to be “a healer” (of others). And that is also my vocation and I enjoy this work and will continue on this path. A Course in Miracles teaches unity-consciousness, the truth that we are all one. And so “healing others” is also healing my self. It is all the same. The term healing deserves and needs an entire blog post for itself. Just to clarify briefly, when I say “I am a healer”, I don’t mean that it is me doing the healing. I am just helping the client’s being/body to align with Love, the ultimate and only true healer, so that it/they can heal themselves (through the energy of Love).

And so I offer you all that I have learned along my path so far, and what I continue to learn on a daily basis. I am here to be a companion, a guide for a while, to you who feel the call to listen to what your body is saying to you, by decoding the symptoms, for their possible resolution, and for a greater understanding of self, for clearing up some entangled threads of the yet unresolved parts of your story, so that you can move ahead with more assurance and a clear goal and direction and with greater strength in your being, which includes the spiritual, the emotional and the physical body.

If my words resonate with your inner compass, and if you are ready to clarify your Light some more, I welcome you and look forward to hearing or reading from you. With Love, Maria
